If you are using WSUS in your organization you will not able to enable .net frame work 3.5 Solution. Prepare the Mount image of win8 using PowerISO or UltraISO image Open command prompt with run as administrator and type command    Dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFx3 /All /Source:G:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess                   Change your Drive letter accordingely  (In My case it was G Drive)
